Young women will build the confidence and communication skills they’ll need to further their education and employment opportunities by participating in a pilot program at MiraCosta College in Oceanside, CA. this September. The Leap to Success personal leadership skills seven-week program “Leap to Confidence” will be offered to a cohort of 25 female students for the very first time. “We are thrilled to bring our program to the MiraCosta campus to give younger women new skills and tools to uplift their confidence and self-esteem. These women are balancing school, children and more to improve their families futures. I admire their dedication.” says Dana Bristol-Smith, Executive Director.
