What are Affirmations?
Affirmations are a powerful tool we at Leap to Success teach women in our empowerment programs. They play an essential role in cultivating resilience. These affirmations were created by our graduates, staff, and supporters.
Affirmations have helped courageous women in their journeys to overcome domestic violence, homelessness, addiction, and other major life challenges. They have helped women find their personal power and become the best version of themselves.
