The Director of Community Engagement plays a pivotal role in raising the visibility of Leap to Success, cultivating strong community partnerships, and recruiting participants for our programs. Working closely with the CEO and Senior Director of Programs, this position leads outreach strategy and efforts to ensure robust participation in both in-person and online programs, while implementing plans to expand our impact in alignment with our strategic vision and plan.
